Department: Senior Outreach

FLSA Classification: Non – Exempt Part-time

Reports To: Director of Senior Outreach Services

SUMMARY

The successful candidate will play an active role in our dynamic multi-disciplinary team; and will work in a technical role to record, track and maintain program data, including program invoice processing, data entry, compiling/tracking and other administrative tasks and special projects

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

 

Primary Responsibilities: This position is responsible for data collection, management, analysis and reporting of data across Eliza Bryant Village departments.

  1. Database Management & Special Projects
  • Data collection, management, analysis and reporting
  • Record keeping & grant monitoring
  1. Administrative tasks
  • Assist with grant writing
  • Assist with literature research
  • Program invoice processing
  • Data entry
  • Program compliance and tracking

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Associate’s Degree (preferred)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal/written skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

 

Education: Associate degree or specific training in the field.

 

Language Skills: The employee communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company. The employee works effectively and relates well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company. The employee exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships.

 

Physical Demands: Ability to sit and work on a computer for extensive periods of time is required.

 

Work Environment: The working conditions described are representative of those that the employee will be subject to during a normal working day:

  • Works in well-lighted, ventilated areas.
  • Is subject to frequent interruptions.
  • Is subject to frustrations in keeping up with work demands.
  • Is subject to infectious diseases, bodily fluids, orders, etc.
  • Deals with public, residents, and personnel under varying conditions.
